Joint European and International Seminar for the 74th Anniversary of the Foundation of the DPRK

                                   Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. First of all, let me thank you for inviting me to this important seminar. September 9, 2022 marks the 74th anniversary of the DPR Korea. President KIM IL SUNG founded the DPR Korea on September 9, 1948. The founding of the Republic is a historical event since it opened the prospect of building a strong socialist state in Korea. Indeed, the DPR Korea today has become a political-ideological power.  The government took the Juche Idea created by President KIM IL SUNG for its ideological guide and thoroughly applied them in the field of state activities. President KIM IL SUNG penetrated the whole society through a policy of virtues, of generosity of the whole society, under the motto "EVERYTHING SERVES THE PEOPLE". Separately, he always given priority to military while respecting this principle in all his ideological, political, economic, cultural and diplomatic activities. This policy ensured guarantee of n

The DPRK is invincible and will continue it´s socialist way The DPRK is the oldest still existing socialist state on earth. The DPRK was formed as the result of the victory against the Japanese imperialists. The years of slavery were over, at least in the northern part of Korea. In the south the American imperialists invaded and occupied the southern half of Korea, replacing the old direct Japanese imperialist rule with the modern neo-colonial USimperialist rule.  But that wasn't enough for the US-imperialists, they wanted to control all of Korea, enslave all Koreans and take away their natural resources, so they also invaded the northern part of Korea. This US-imperialist aggression war against the Korean people was one of the most brutal wars in all of human history. They killed more than 2, 47 million Koreans, murdered, raped, plundered the korean people. They dropped 600 thousand bombs and even napalm bombs on the DPRK, 3,7 times more than on Japan during the pacific war. But r

The Korean nation is one single nation, that lived for thousands of years on the same territory, in the same country,  with one language and one culture and the same customs.  There is one history of the Korean nation. It is the history of the people’s struggle for independence and sovereignty.  It resisted in the 13th century the invasion by the Mongolian empire, in the 16th century the Japanese samourai, in 1816 by the British empire, in 1846 France. In 1866 the American warship “General Sherman” navigated into  the Daedong river, and was destroyed by Korean patriots.  The Japanese colonization, started  from 1905, was overcome by the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army, in 1945.  The American army still occupies  the Southern part of Korea. It built the huge 8 meters high and 200 km long wall that divides the country in two pieces. For Koreans, September 74 years ago was undoubtedly one of the most joyful and epochal months in their 5000 years-long history. On the 2nd of September 1948, on the basis of the results of the north-south general election, the First Session of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea was held in Pyongyang. It adopted the first Constitution of the DPRK. It was the outcome of the nationwide discussion over the draft constitution under the guidance of the great leader and hero of Korean nation, President Kim Il Sung. The discussion participated in by the Korean people who finally could become real masters of their country. What is more, according to the will of the people of Korea, the session elected Kim Il Sung Premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK. The Korean path of revolution is a world phenomenon in the international communist movement, in the development of the thought and philosophy of Marxism - Leninism. The Korean Revolution liberated the masses of the people and created a state based on equality and justice.  How was the idea of Korean revolutionary way to liberate the country, the way to build up the Korean style of socialism created? What is the Korean revolution characterized? What are the characteristics of the Korean path to socialism?   First of all, attention should be paid to the strongly emphasized role of man, individual in the process of revolutionary transformation of society and all spheres of the state's life, social, economic and political. The priority role of man which results from the philosophy of Juche, which places man in the centre with his inherent features, but it is not idealistic, as claimed by the revisionist view widespread in Western society, about the incompatibility of Juche with Marxism
