First of all, I am glad that the Europeans Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK hold E-Seminar titled “74 years of Progress and prosperity under the banner of Juche Idea on 3rd September 2022, on the occasion of the 74th Founding Anniversary of the DPRK 




I also would like to extend my deep thanks to our dear Comrade friend Dr. Dermot Hudson who organize this seminar personally and is making his great efforts for its success.




My warmest greetings and congratulation also go to the heroic Korean people who are celebrating the 74th Founding Anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.




Today the world people watch in admiration the Democratic people republic of Korea win victory after victory in Spite of the persistent attempts made by the imperialists to isolate and suffocate its and fully realize what great achievements President KIM IL SUNG made by building a people-centered socialism in Korea.




President KIM IL SUNG created the Juche Idea, thereby laying ideological foundation for building people – centered Socialism under which the masses of the people are master of everything, everything serves them and development is made by their united efforts.




Marking the anniversary the Korean People are looking back upon the proud history of the DPRK with pride of living in the genuine people country, Juche oriented socialist motherland.




The DPRK carried socialist revolution and construction in a creative way to meet the desire and demands of the people and actual constitution of the Country.




It is the history of the Korean Socialist Construction that the Government put forward a line and policy in accordance with the situation of the country and requirements of the people and held fast to the line of self-reliant national economic construction to usher in a heyday in all fields. 




The DPRK established the Principle of Juche, the independent stance, firmly in all the domains of politics, the economy, the military affairs, culture and foreign relations and dealt with everything in line with its idea.




That is why the Korea that had been backward for centuries could emerge as a people-centered socialist country, a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant with nuclear war deterrent in national defense.




Today the Democratic people Republic of Korea is being chariest and deep minds of the world progressive people as the Juche oriented Socialist country dignify with independence, self -reliance and self-defense and the Korean people as the people with strong independent. 




I would like to mention about the great exploits of His Excellency Comrade KIM JONG IL’s great exploits which luster on the road of development of 74th year of the DPRK.



His Excellency KIM JONG IL is the great leader of the socialist Korea who consolidated and developed the DPRK, with his extraordinary ideo-theroetical wisdom and bright leadership, as the country of single-hearted unity and the politico-ideological power where all the Korean people rallied behind the workers’ party of Korea with a socialist ideology.



He is a convinced believer in the Juche idea founded by President KIM IL SUNG, founder of socialist Korea, the idea that the masses of the people with and independent ideological consciousness play a nothing is impossible in the world when they are awakened and aroused ideologically.




The miraculous events taken place in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in recent years are attracting the attention of the international community.




These  spectacular  events  cannot  be  thinkable  apart  from  the  leadership  of  His  Excellency KIM JONG UN, supreme leader of the Korean people.




The Respected Marshal  KIM JONG UN, with a complete knowledge of  ideas  of  President KIM IL SUNG and leader KIM JONG IL and a absolute acquisition of their leadership and personalities, has led the Korean revolution and the building of a powerful socialist nation to victory, thus performing the enormous exploits that others could not gain even though within such a short span of time that could be said a moment of history. 




The world is struck with admiration at his outstanding and seasoned leadership that brought about subsequences of eye-opening events by recorded successive miraculous achievements by turning misfortunes into favorable conditions in the worst situation in which the U.S. and its hostile forces perpetrated the maneuvers for stifling and isolating the DPRK.




The respected His Excellency KIM JONG UN declared to the world that he would continue to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche and the cause of global independence which have been carved out and led by the leaders of preceding generation by manifesting that the socialist Korea would march unflinchingly along the road of independence, the road of Songun and the road of socialism, indicated by President KIM IL SUNG and leader KIM JONG IL in the future, too. 


The DPRK has traversed the road of victory and glory in the past 74th years I hope that the Korean people will surely by crowned with final victory as they are guided by the Respected Supreme Leader Marshal KIM JONG UN.




The DPRK under the unfurled banner of Juche Idea, the banner of Songun, is demonstrating its dignity as a people-centered socialist country, an independent socialist nation with strong Juche character and national identity and an invincibly powerful socialist hardships and trials in the face of threats of any formidable enemy.




The Korean people are now making vigorous efforts to hit the big goal of building a powerful socialist nation by dint of the DPRK’s invincible might and with firm confidence in victory in the revolution under the brilliant leadership of Respected Supreme Leader Marshal KIM JONG UN.

For Koreans, September 74 years ago was undoubtedly one of the most joyful and epochal months in their 5000 years-long history. On the 2nd of September 1948, on the basis of the results of the north-south general election, the First Session of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea was held in Pyongyang. It adopted the first Constitution of the DPRK. There were many socialist countries in the world, but most of them disappeared in the late 1980s due to the leading parties' degeneration to revisionism and betrayal of the ideals of socialism.
